Think of a doula a bit like a trail guide- someone very familiar with the terrain, excited to show you everything, encourage you along the way, and even brings snacks.
It is my honor to support you through your journey of Pregnancy into Parenthood.
Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum should be greeted with celebration and confidence. My intention is to serve you and your family with knowledge, love, and compassion as you welcome new life.
